Our Team

Ed Bons

President

My name is Ed Bons, and I am proud to serve as the President of the Chinook Riders, a chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA), for this year. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of being an active member and serving as both Chaplain and Road Captain.

My vision is to see as many people as possible come to know and serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the true President of our chapter. We are here to support and serve you, and I look forward to the journey ahead.

Thomas Zimmermann

Vice President

I joined the CMA in 2023 with a passion for seeing hearts transformed—one at a time, or even more. For me, earning the right to speak through presence and action is essential to who I am.

As the current Vice President, my goal is to uphold and advance CMA’s vision with unwavering dedication. I am committed to fostering deeper connections within the chapter to strengthen our mission and ministry.

Alex Sekella

Road Captain

My name is Alex Sekella, and I am honored to serve as the Road Captain of the Chinook Riders this year. Having previously served as both Vice President and Road Captain, I am excited to step into this role once again and contribute to our mission.

I joined the CMA in 1999 as a member of the Chinook Riders and later became part of the Apostles Chapter when it was formed in Airdrie. Since then, I’ve returned to the Chinook Riders, where I continue to embrace the CMA’s vision of “changing our world one heart at a time.” With a heart for service, I am committed to giving my best wherever I am needed.

Kevin Dick

Chaplain

I have been a follower of Christ since the age of four, a motorcyclist since 1990, and a proud member of the CMA Chinook Riders since 2008. In recent years, I’ve embraced some new paths, including taking up dirt biking and stepping into full-time ministry as the pastor of a small church in Calgary.

As Chaplain, my mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to help equip our chapter to do the same, all while remaining faithful to God’s Word. It’s an honor to serve both our chapter and the broader motorcycling community in this way.

Stefanie Voss

Secretary

My name is Stefanie Voss, and I accepted Jesus as my personal Lord and Saviour in March 1997, following with baptism in September of that same year. I first learned about the CMA through my husband, who joined the Chinook Riders in 2019, and I quickly grew to appreciate the incredible work the organization does.

I became a member of the Chinook Riders in 2023 and am honoured to serve as Secretary this year. I love the Lord and I love what the CMA stands for.

Joe Innendorfer

Treasurer

I’m Joe, a member of the Calgary Chinook Riders. I’ve been with the chapter since March 2024 and my personal experience with the group has been nothing short of great. The one thing we all have in common as a chapter and throughout the CMA is that we believe in and have given our lives to our saviour, Jesus Christ. Being involved and attending bike rallies with the intention of spreading the word of Jesus to those who want to hear it. And sometimes, simply going on a ride with some of the members on a weekend is nothing short of amazing as well. What a bunch of fantastic guys and girls in the chapter. My only regret is that I didn’t become a member years ago.

God bless, and ride safe.
